How to: One Time Purchase

Our KETO Meal Program software automatically creates a subscription with every order - BUT DON'T WORRY - you aren't held to any contracts, and cancelling or pausing the subscription is very easy.  You can do it yourself or email us, and we'll do it for you!

When you place an order it creates a SUBSCRIPTION automatically, it does not create an ACCOUNT.

If you want to cancel your subscription - the first thing you have to do is setup an account using the same email you entered when you placed your order. Once that is done {it will tie them together on the back end automatically} - simply follow the directions below.

• Login.
• Manage Subscription.
• View Details.
• Cancel Subscription.

• Done! 

**Please note - cancelling the subscription does NOT cancel the order.  Once an order is placed, your order will be processed.  Subscriptions renew on Thursdays, so it is important to cancel the subscription PRIOR to the renewal on Thursday morning.
